Job summary

LensCrafters in Moreno Valley, CA, seeks a Store Team Lead to deliver extraordinary customer service and oversee key optical and lab processes. You will lead the team, ensure accurate product knowledge, and support store success with a focus on quality eye care.

Basic qualifications include HS diploma and strong optical/retail experience; preferred credentials and leadership experience help. Pay range is $19.25–$32.75 per hour, plus a potential bonus plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED and strong optical/retail experience.
• Leadership experience in a retail optical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactive and solution-driven, accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations to sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab, perform basic edging and mounting tasks and maintain lab tools.
