LensCrafters in Hemet is hiring a Licensed Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and manage key optical and lab processes. The role requires a current state Opticianry license and strong retail experience.

You will guide staff, assist customers with selections, and ensure eyewear meets standards. The position is full-time, on-site at store #001038 with competitive rewards and benefits. Pay range listed: 23.97–37.39 USD per hour.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current and valid state Opticianry license.
• Strong optical theory knowledge and merchandise.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Knowledge of current store merchandise and lens options.
• Sales skills and problem solving ability.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Proactive and solution-driven, accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assists customers with selections, provides recommendations, assists sales associates.
• Serves as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Under current state Opticianry license, provide expertise on lens choices and adjust eyewear.
• In lab, custom fits glasses and ensures finished eyewear meets standards.
