Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, and assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab (if applicable): custom fits glasses and place prescription in lenses.
• Work with associates to strengthen knowledge and skills related to lens and lab technology.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
