Job summary

Luxottica is hiring a Licensed Team Lead at LensCrafters in Moreno Valley, CA. You will guide both retail and lab activities, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring store success through leadership of optical and lab processes.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, making product recommendations, and performing eyewear adjustments and measurements in a compliant, quality-focused environment. A valid state Opticianry license is required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED is required or equivalent.
• Current state Opticianry license is required.
• Strong optical theory and merchandise knowledge.
• Experience in sales and customer service in retail.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the LensCrafters team to deliver unsurpassed customer service.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, and support sales associates.
• Act as an alternate store key holder and ensure secure operations.
• In the lab, custom fit glasses, place prescriptions in lenses, and verify optical measurements.
