LensCrafters is seeking a Licensed Team Lead to deliver outstanding customer service in our Moreno Valley store. Under the supervision of store leadership, you will oversee optical and lab processes, ensure accuracy, and model professional patient interactions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Current state Opticianry license required.
• Strong optical and retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and sales skills beneficial.
• Familiarity with cash registers and computer systems.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.
• Edging and mounting experience.
• Basic optics knowledge and measurement experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed customer service.
• Proactive and solution-driven with accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections and provide recommendations.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In the lab (if applicable), support precise lens fitting and adjustments.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and proper lab tool maintenance.
