Responsabilidades

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Proactive & solution driven, accurate execution & product knowledge.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations, assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• Provide lens fitting, adjustments, and dispensing assistance when in lab.
• Oversee lab processes and ensure safety and quality of eyewear.
