Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and managing day-to-day store operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff under Store Manager guidance.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain excellent customer shopping experience and service standards.
• Handle POS transactions, discounts, refunds, loyalty and opening/closing.
• Oversee inventory, price management and physical inventory counts.
• Support merchandising, visual presentation and promotions.
• Assist in payroll controls, scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Contribute to loss prevention and asset protection.
• Develop staff through training and development initiatives.
