Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance. You will guide staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, providing leadership and training, and stepping in during their absence.

The role supports meeting sales, service and operational goals, with responsibilities spanning POS, inventory, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention to drive a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
