You will train staff, support the Store Manager, and step in when managers are absent, aiming to exceed sales, service and operational targets. The role may be full- or part-time management; strong communication and organizational skills are required, with merchandising and loss prevention duties also involved.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide leadership, training and guidance to staff.

• Oversee POS, sales, discounts, refunds, loyalty, and opening/closing procedures.
• Handle inventory control including receiving, price management, and physical inventory.
• Lead merchandising, housekeeping, and promotional signage.
• Manage payroll scheduling and time/attendance within policy.
• Train direct reports and reinforce service standards.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
• Aim to meet and exceed sales and service objectives.
