Rack Room Shoes in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance. You will mentor staff, model excellent customer service, and step in for Store Manager when needed.

You will guide POS transactions, oversee inventory, and manage scheduling, payroll, and loss prevention to protect assets while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers
• Provide service training and leadership to staff
• Oversee POS transactions in line with policy and procedure (Sales, Discounts, Refunds, Loyalty, Open/Closing)
• Manage inventory control (receiving, price changes, markdowns, singles, damaged merchandise, physical inventory)
• Merchandising and visual presentation to company standards
• Payroll control (scheduling, payroll budget compliance, time & attendance)
• Training and development of direct reports and reinforcement of customer service standards
• Loss prevention and protection of company assets
• Work towards comprehensive understanding of managing day-to-day operations
