Job summary

Rack Room Shoes in Myrtle Beach, SC is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, ensuring 100% policy compliance and delivering an outstanding shopping experience.

You will train staff, lead service initiatives, oversee POS transactions, inventory, pricing, merchandising and payroll responsibilities, and support the Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals. This can be a full- or part-time management role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
• Provide service training and leadership to staff.
• Handle POS transactions per policy; manage sales, discounts, loyalty, open/close.
• Oversee inventory control including shipping/receiving, pricing, markdowns, and stock accuracy.
• Maintain merchandising standards and visual presentation.
• Monitor payroll budgeting and scheduling compliance.
• Train and develop direct reports and reinforce service standards.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
