Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team in servicing customers and may manage the store during absences.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification required.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
• Experience leading a store team and customer service programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure program execution (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Partner with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviews, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all store operations tasks, including end-of-day procedures and security, are carried out.
