O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team during absences or opposing shifts and guide staff to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
• Experience in retail store operations and customer service programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and execute service programs.
• Assist in staffing the sales counter during peak hours and coordinate with the store manager.
