Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training
• Required: Assistant Manager Certification
• Required: RSS Certification
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification
• Desired: Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team by delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and ensure team adherence to service programs.
• Work with the store manager to staff the retail sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and training completion for staff.
• Participate in hiring—interviews, candidate evaluation, and collaboration for qualified hires.
• Ensure calls are answered per policy and manage returns, exchanges, and refunds efficiently.
• Oversee buy online/ship to store, transfers and DC add orders processing and timely customer contact.
• Coordinate with outside purchases and special orders to ensure efficient handling.
• Ensure merchandise invoicing before product leaves the store and proper signage/merchandising tasks.
