O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will lead the team during the manager's absence and on opposite shifts, driving exceptional service and efficient store functions.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training
• Assistant Manager Certification
• RSS Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and programs.
• Staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring by recruiting tasks and interviewing candidates.
• Answer calls per company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store and transfers timely.
• Manage outside orders and special orders efficiently.
• Ensure returns and refunds processed correctly and invoiced.
• Oversee day-end procedures, deposits, and security checks.
• Maintain store building and equipment.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
