O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. The role will manage the store during absences and lead the team to service customers, including bilingual candidates welcome.

Responsibilities include supervising show room service, staffing during peak times, coaching staff, assisting in interviews, and ensuring timely processing of orders and returns.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and implement service programs.
• Ensure staffing for the sales counter during peak hours including lunch, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching team members and ensuring training completion.
• Participate in recruiting tasks and interviews to hire qualified staff.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
