Qualifications

• Must have Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist store manager in setting team goals, coaching, and scheduling interviews.
• Handle hiring tasks and participate in interviews to select qualified team members.
• Ensure all buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers are processed promptly and customers are notified on shipment arrivals.
