Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service programs and drive store initiatives.
• Help manage staffing levels during peak hours and coordinate with the Store Manager.
• Assist in hiring processes, interviews, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, returns processing, and deposits.
• Perform opening/closing duties, security checks, and maintain store appearance.
