Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and drive programs.
• Staff the retail sales counter during peak hours and optimize scheduling.
• Coach and mentor team members and support training improvements.
• Participate in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified staff.
• Ensure orders and transfers are processed promptly and communicated to customers.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled accurately and friendly.
