Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder in Perrysburg, OH to lead by example and deliver outstanding in-store experience. You will train, supervise and assist sales teams while ensuring best-in-class customer service and promotional execution.

As a key member of the store leadership, you will manage transactions, support visual merchandising, and uphold company policies. This role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities within a growing national retailer.

Formación

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability for varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed expectations to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Understand current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitor floor stock replenishment.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and manage cash and POS accountability.
• Partner with leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Execute opening/closing procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance policy.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate high quality work, attendance and appearance.
