Job summary

Boot Barn Lebanon seeks a Part-time Key Holder to deliver an outstanding in-store experience, develop customer relationships, and support leadership in daily store operations. You will master product knowledge, promotions, merchandising, and POS procedures while helping to drive sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT; manage add-ons and customer data capture.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves, display maintenance, merchandising, sales setup, and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and monitoring floor stock.
• Process sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media accountability.
• Develop skills and improve metrics by partnering with store leadership; participate in opening and closing procedures and comply with Time & Attendance.
• Adhere to laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned and maintain quality of work and appearance.
