Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a part-time Key Holder to engage customers, lead store partners and support sales goals. You will develop product knowledge, meet performance metrics, and assist with merchandising, transactions, and store operations.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-lasting customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Be informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and display upkeep.
