Boot Barn in Rochester, NY is seeking a Part-time Key Holder who delivers an engaging in-store experience and supports store leadership in daily operations. You will master product knowledge, drive sales, and uphold merchandising standards.

You will assist with opening/closing, process transactions accurately at POS, and help develop the team while maintaining a high level of customer service. Opportunities for growth exist as the company expands with new stores.

Formación

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and stock replenishment.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and manage cash at POS.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and adhere to Time & Attendance policy.
• Support store leadership and develop team skills for long-term success.
