Boot Barn Erie seeks a Part-time Key Holder to deliver exceptional in-store experiences and support store leadership. You will demonstrate product knowledge, assist with sales, merchandising, and POS operations while upholding Boot Barn’s values.

Candidate should have 1–2 years retail sales experience, strong communication and leadership, and flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays. Travel is limited to local stores as needed.

Formación

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and data capture rates.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS and manage cash/media responsibly.
• Seek ways to develop skills and improve metrics with store leadership.
• Complete opening and closing procedures per company standards and Time & Attendance policy.
• Adhere to local, federal, state laws and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
