Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to engage customers, lead store partners, and support leadership in achieving sales goals. You will develop product knowledge, uphold merchandising standards, and ensure accurate POS transactions while driving a positive in-store experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexible scheduling, and adherence to company policies, with opportunities for growth across the Boot Barn store network.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate knowledge to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons, data capture).
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Assist with merchandising, store setup, floor moves and housekeeping.
• Process merchandise and monitor stock replenishment; handle POS transactions accurately.
