O’Reilly Auto Parts in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team in servicing customers and manage the store during the Manager’s absence or opposing shifts.

Aufgaben

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom including team execution on customer service programs.
• Ensure the retail sales counter is adequately staffed during peak business hours.
• Assist in setting team member goals, coaching and mentoring, and ensuring training continuity.
• Participate in recruiting tasks, interviewing, and collaboration with management to hire qualified staff.
• Manage phone inquiries according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers and DC add orders promptly and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, refunds, and proper merchandise invoicing before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team compliance with schedules and clock-in/out procedures.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures including money handling and deposits.
