O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, service, and store operations, including leading the team in customer interactions and store appearance. The role involves managing the store during absences and opposing shifts, and driving performance with coaching and development.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom service levels and execute customer service programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist the store manager in staffing during peak hours and coaching team members.
