Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staffing for peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all store operations, including openings/closings and security, run smoothly.
