Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise showroom customer service levels and programs (Related sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot).
• Assist in staffing and scheduling for peak hours to maintain service levels.
• Support hiring: interviewing, coordinating with management to select qualified team members.
• Ensure phones are answered per policy and orders are processed timely.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and invoicing before merchandise leaves the store.
