O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. You will lead the team in servicing customers, manage peak-hour staffing, and mentor team members to meet training goals.

Proficiency in store operations, cash handling, and adherence to company policies is required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, with a focus on delivering top-tier service.

Qualificações

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff adherence to service programs.
• Ensure staffing during peak retail hours and assist with goal setting and coaching of team members.
• Oversee telephone procedures and timely processing of buy online/ship to store and internal transfers.
• Ensure returns, refunds, and invoicing are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate store opening/closing duties, cash handling, and security procedures.
