Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, provide leadership to staff, and ensure 100% compliance with policies under the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. The role involves training, guiding, and stepping in for management as needed to meet sales and service goals.

Responsibilities include supervising POS, pricing, inventory, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention, while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Provide leadership, guidance and training to staff.
• Ensure 100% compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Lead customer experience and address issues with urgency.
• Oversee POS transactions, sales, discounts and refunds.
• Manage inventory, pricing changes and physical inventory.
• Direct merchandising, housekeeping and promotional signage.
• Monitor payroll, scheduling and time/attendance.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
