Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies. You will lead staff, deliver training, and act as the on-site point of contact in the Store Manager's absence to keep sales, service and operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety, achieving service levels, managing POS transactions, inventory, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention while fostering a positive customer experience and staff
