You will assist in supervising team members, oversee production, retail, shipping, and quality control processes, and act in the Store Manager's absence.

You will help manage payroll, scheduling, training, and daily close-out tasks while maintaining a clean, professional environment and meeting performance goals.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or equivalent education.
• 1+ year of related experience, prior supervisory experience preferred.
• For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations to ensure friendly, expert service for customers.
• Supervise team members and oversee production, retail, shipping, and quality control processes.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, payroll, scheduling, and training; communicate goals and metrics to the team.
