JBS Foods is hiring a Store Team Lead for Wild Fork Market. You will lead the team on shift, model our service philosophy, coach staff, and ensure a customer-ready environment that reflects the brand values.

You will train new hires, maintain inventory routines, and uphold food safety standards while driving daily sales goals. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring strong leadership and operational execution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in retail, grocery, restaurant, or specialty food.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or prior key-holder experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and model expected team behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Lead store during assigned shifts, ensure readiness, cleanliness, and coverage.
• Model Wild Fork's service steps and deliver a personal chef experience.
• Coach team to meet daily sales targets and maintain shelf coverage.
• Deliver on-the-job training and real-time feedback to new hires.
• Perform daily SOPs, temperature logs, and safety checks.
• Drive accurate merchandising, stock recovery, and FIFO rotation.
