Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. You will help lead daily store operations, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch customer service while maintaining store standards.

This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment. You will report to the Store Manager and contribute to achieving sales targets, executing company directives, and providing a welcoming, inclusive store experience for customers

• Maintain visual standards, merchandising, and inventory accuracy to optimize sales
