Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, guide and coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role focuses on driving sales, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and team members alike.

Responsibilities include scheduling, training through Lids programs, handling escalations, managing inventory and cash, and upholding merchandising guidelines to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and coach store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Maintain store operations, safety, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Drive sales with the Lids selling strategy and achieve KPIs and customer service targets.
• Manage cash handling, inventory, pricing, and store appearance to ensure optimal presentation.
