Wild Fork in Plano, TX is seeking a hands‑on Team Leader to translate the Store Manager’s vision into daily action on the sales floor. You’ll lead assigned shifts, ensure a welcoming, customer‑ready environment, and uphold our service philosophy of personal chef and friendly butcher.

You’ll coach Sales Associates, support onboarding and product knowledge, manage operational routines, and drive a high‑performing, engaging store culture where Forkies love to shop and work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, grocery, restaurant, or specialty food.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or prior key‑holder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and model the behaviors expected of the team.
• Flexible availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store during assigned shifts to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and coverage.
• Model and teach Wild Fork’s W.I.L.D Steps of Service to deliver a warm customer experience.
• Coach and motivate associates, reinforce product knowledge, and drive conversion.
• Deliver on‑the‑job training and onboarding for new team members.
• Maintain temperature logs, food safety, sanitation, and FIFO rotation.
• Execute daily SOPs, cash handling, and planogram changes.
