Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and ensures friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on customer service and daily operations.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and evaluates performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to the floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and handles store operations and staffing.
• Occasionally opens/closes the store and secures cash and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service quality.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising procedures and recoveries.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping duties.
