Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew deliver WOW customer experience through personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and stocking; act as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Open/close the store; secure cash, doors and alarms for smooth operation.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses through merchandising and performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising procedures and recovery.
• Perform store maintenance and stock room upkeep.
