Responsibilities

• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily store operations and staff performance.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Open or close the store; secure cash and alarms; ensure smooth daily operation.
• Support onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drive store sales and manage expenses; optimize merchandising and customer service.
