Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trains crew to deliver the BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures tasks are performed effectively.
• Manages receiving, unpacking and stocking to keep shelves ready for customers.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff management.
• Opens/closes store, secures cash, sets alarms, and maintains daily readiness.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service.
