Job summary

Five Below seeks an experienced retail leader to oversee daily store operations, train associates, and drive sales while maintaining outstanding customer service. You will manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and store compliance, ensuring a fast, friendly checkout and an organized sales floor.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task under pressure in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversee daily activities of all store associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock.
• Act as Manager on Duty and oversee store operations.
• Manage opening/closing procedures including cash and alarms.
• Support onboarding and training of associates.
• Drive store sales and control expenses.
• Partner with store leadership on merchandising procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock room.
