Job summary

Five Below is hiring a Store Leader to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and manage associates in a fast-paced retail setting. You will train crew, supervise opening/closing, and ensure exceptional customer service on the sales floor and stock areas.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and multitasking abilities, with a commitment to flexible schedules including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Creative thinking and composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wowe customers through personal contact and friendly service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and stocking shelves.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees store operations.
• Manages opening/closing, cash handling, alarms, and safety.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
• Drives store sales and helps control expenses.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and process improvements.
• Performs store maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
