Job summary

Five Below is seeking a capable Store Leader to oversee daily store operations and guest interactions. You will supervise associates, train staff on top-tier service, and manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and alarms.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Ideal candidates will have at least one year of management experience, the ability to multi-task, and a commitment to providing a fast, friendly checkout

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform all essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience and wow guests at checkout.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new inventory for fast floor placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staffing.
