Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is seeking an energetic crew supervisor to ensure a WOW customer experience and to lead store associates in daily operations. You will manage opening/closing, assist with stock and merchandising, and support training to boost performance.

The role requires at least a High School diploma with some college preferred and a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or management capacity. This is an hourly position with opportunities for growth and diverse responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact at checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures excellent customer service.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations and staff.
• Manages opening/closing procedures including cash security and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service improvements.
• Collaborates with store leadership on merchandising and World Recovery.
• Performs routine store maintenance and housekeeping.
