Job summary

Five Below Inc is hiring for a Store Management/Lead position focused on delivering WOW customer service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will train crew, oversee daily store activities, and take on Manager on Duty responsibilities to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

The role requires at least 1 year of management experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong communication.

Qualifications

College experience preferred for advancement.
Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

Wowers customers through personal contact.
Train crew on BEST customer service experience and ensure fast, friendly checkout.
Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent service.
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor ready.
Act as Manager on Duty, handling store operations and staff issues.
Open/close store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms and ensure daily readiness.
Onboard and train associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
Drive sales and manage expenses by improving merchandising and customer service.
Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
Perform store maintenance including cleaning and stock room upkeep.
