Job summary

Five Below is hiring for a store leadership role focused on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient store operations. The role includes supervising crew, training staff on the BEST customer service standard, and acting as Manager on Duty to oversee daily operations and handle urgent issues.

The position requires at least 1 year of management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Helps oversee the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service.
• Assists with the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, customer service, and addressing any urgent issues.
