Five Below is seeking a dynamic store leadership candidate to help run daily operations and support a high-energy sales floor.

You will train staff, oversee opening and closing, handle cash, and ensure customers receive fast, friendly service. A High School diploma and management experience are required, with additional emphasis on communication and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent; college experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized under pressure.
• Creative thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and supervise associates.
• Train crew on company policies and customer service standards.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and merchandising of products.
• Open/close procedures, cash handling, alarms, and store security.
• Monitor store performance and drive sales through effective leadership.
