Job summary

Five Below is seeking an on-site team member to support customer service excellence and smooth daily store operations. You will help train crew, oversee opening/closing, and ensure reliable stock placement on the sales floor.

The role requires at least a high school diploma and 1+ year of management experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and think creatively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers with friendly, fast checkout and training.
• Oversees daily store activities and customer service quality.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to keep floor ready.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed and manages operations.
• Opens/closes the store, handles cash, locks, and alarms.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates to improve performance.
• Drives sales by improving merchandising and service.
• Maintains cleanliness and stockroom organization.
