Job summary

Five Below in San Antonio seeks a Store Manager to lead daily operations and guest service. You will oversee crew, train staff, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years of management, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic retail setting. You will manage opening/closing, stock organization, and sales initiatives to boost performance.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring every guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure they perform duties effectively and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock for fast placement on the sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty, taking full responsibility for store operations, staff management, and customer service.
• Open or close the store, handling cash, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Support onboarding and training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drive store sales and control expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff and customer service.
• Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
